Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean record per company standards.
• Ability to travel to/from customer sites and company facilities.
• Proficient with computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair Spectrum services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic service issues.
