Job summary

Spectrum is hiring Field Technicians to install and repair services for customers. This entry-level role includes training and opportunities for growth through a self-progression plan, with pay starting at $20.50/hour. You will work outdoors, travel to customer sites, and help customers understand their Spectrum services.

Employees can advance from Technician I to IV with pay increases and may earn industry certifications. A valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule: Travel to/from customer premises and company facilities as necessary.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Technical: Proficiency with computers/software and hand tools.
• Abilities: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services for customers.
