Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused Field Technician/General Labor to join our team. You will operate hydro‑blasting equipment and vac trucks, assist in job-site setup and teardown, and keep safety top priority while following company rules.

This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work varied hours including on-call shifts. Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings; respirator use may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.
• Must be able to work varied hours and on an on-call basis and travel as required.
• Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment substance screening.
• Use of respirators may be required based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority.
• Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules.
• Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment and vac‑truck operation.
• Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site.
• Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.
