The Position

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety‑focused Field Technician / General Labor to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure health and safety is the number one priority.
• Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities.
• Operate manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment and vac‑truck.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down the job site.
• Perform work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.

Qualifications

• A driver’s license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Safety conscious and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work varied hours and on an on‑call basis and travel as required.
• Maintain equipment and company property in proper condition.
• Pass a pre‑employment, random, and/or post‑accident substance abuse screening.
• Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on customer needs.

Essential Physical Job Functions

• Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.
• Move/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl.
• Work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
• Wear protective clothing and equipment: respirators, safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
• Climb ladders and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
• Work extended hours and variable shifts.
