Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused Field Technician / General Labor to join our team in Pass Christian, MS. This full-time role involves hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck operations with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

We offer weekly pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision and life insurance after 30 days, a 401(k) with 4% company match at 90 days, a team referral bonus program, paid CDL training, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be safety conscious with a good work ethic.
• Able to work varied hours, on-call, and travel as required.
• Must pass pre-employment, random drug, and/or post-accident/injury testing.
• Respirator use may be required based on project safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority.
• Learn and understand safety, operational, and company rules with designated reps.
• Operate hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck as directed.
• Assist in setup and tear down of job sites.
• Perform work as directed by supervisor or leadership personnel.

The position
Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is looking for a safety-focused Field Technician / General Labor to join our dynamic team.

What you will be doing
Key responsibilities and functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority.
• Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities.
• Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment and vac‑truck operation.
• Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site.
• Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.

What we are looking for

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• A driver's license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.
• Must be able to work varied hours and on an on-call basis and travel as required
• Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment, random, and or post‑accident/injury substance abuse screening.
• Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific customer needs to meet project safety requirements.

Essential Physical Job Functions:

• Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl.
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and tight quarters.Be able to wear protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel-toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
• Must be able to climb ladders, and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
• Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.
