With an expanding presence across Florida and Louisiana, we ensure a prompt 24/7 response to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated Water / Mold Technician to join our team in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg area.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient with computers and mobile devices.

  • Current IICRC certifications, especially in WRT, are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent ADS professionally at all times.
  • Serve as the primary contact for emergency response cases.
  • Document and define the scope of work for each assignment.
  • Supervise equipment and vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain communication with management and customers.
  • This is a full-time position requiring 24/7 availability and participation in on-call rotations.
  • Complete assigned tasks and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel as needed.
  • Follow safety practices, including proper PPE use.

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Licenses and Certificates:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and successful background check.

Performance Standards:

  • Document workflows daily.
  • Comply with state laws and IICRC regulations.
  • Follow company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain professional behavior and appearance.
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
