Innovative Construction Solutions is seeking a Technician to perform general field labor in a construction environment to support field staff on the project in Woodinville, WA. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and teamwork on-site.

Responsibilities include dust control, traffic direction, utility identification through potholing, operating basic hand-held equipment, and maintaining safe, orderly job sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or field labor is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and hazards awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dust control by watering stockpile and truck routes.
• Directs traffic to ensure safe routing on site.
• Spots operators and ensures nobody is behind the work zone.
• Identifies utilities via potholing in surrounding area.
• Operates hand-held construction equipment and tools.
• Observes safe work practices and site cleanliness.
• Secures excavation area from a safety standpoint.
• Performs on-site daily field labor tasks as needed.
• Supports Superintendent and other crew members.
