Job summary

Miller Environmental Group is hiring Field Laborers / Technicians to support environmental cleanup, industrial cleaning, decontamination, spill response, and basic remediation tasks in Paulsboro, NJ. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accountability in demanding field conditions.

Starting pay is $20+ per hour with overtime, plus benefits and long-term growth into technical and leadership roles within MEG.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass drug/background checks.
• Must have a valid non-CDL driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform heavy outdoor labor.
• Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, travel, weekends, and on-call.
• Comfort working in PPE and OSHA respirator requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental cleanup, industrial cleaning, and decontamination under supervision.
• Assist with spill response, emergency deployments, and basic remediation tasks.
• Handle, package, and transport contaminated materials in compliance with regulations.
• Wear and maintain PPE and participate in daily safety briefings.
• Work 8–12+ hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
