Satellites Unlimited (SUI) is hiring a Field Technician to install DISH, Starlink, and related products at customer homes. You will troubleshoot service issues, educate customers on smart home tech, and drive a company vehicle in a customer-facing role.

  • 3 Months base pay increase to $19.00/hour
  • 6 months base pay increase to $20.00/hour (guaranteed for first year)

What You’ll Do

• Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
• Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
• Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations

What You’ll Need

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
• Stand for long periods of time
• Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
• Work in confined spaces

Professional Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
