Unified Building Group is seeking a Field Technician to lead telecommunications deployments, routine service operations, and network installations. You will manage installation, repair, adjustment, upkeep, and final approval of network infrastructure systems, while scoping schedules and providing daily logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of practical involvement in telecommunications infrastructure, electronic system maintenance, or industrial cabling deployments.
• Completion of an associate degree or technical certification from an accredited vocational institution is preferred.
• Technical proficiency in Google Workspace, SmartSheets, and Procore, or equivalent project management platforms.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including background verification and drug testing.
• Possession of a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and isolate system faults within intricate electrical networks, control apparatus, HVAC equipment, and advanced climate interfaces.
• Execute comprehensive operational assessments and validation of newly commissioned infrastructure prior to formal project turnover.
• Analyze engineering schematics, technical documentation, and design layouts to ensure precision in all system deployments.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, including diagnostic summaries, maintenance chronologies, component cycling, and overall operational metrics.
• Liaise with management, site leads, and external regulatory bodies to address and streamline integration challenges.
• Uphold unwavering adherence to industrial safety standards, focusing on LOTO mandates and relevant OSHA regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with established UBG safety protocols during the utilization of corporate assets, machinery, and instrumentation.
