RION Equipment seeks a Field Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on diverse equipment at customer sites. You will interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot complex systems, delivering expert service with safety as a priority.

This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and the ability to mentor apprentices. You will prepare quotes, manage parts, complete daily reports, and stay current on equipment through ongoing

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical systems on equipment.
• Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics to guide repairs.
• Mentor apprentice mechanics through hands-on training.
• Maintain documentation and reports daily.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major systems: electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, transmissions, engines.
• Perform tune-ups and preventive maintenance at customer sites or in the field.
• Verify warranties and manage part returns.
• Safely operate service van and follow safety protocols.
• Provide repair quotes and reference pricing.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on equipment.
