Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an Electrical Battery Field Technician to manage field operations for UPS, ATS, and power equipment at client sites.

The role focuses on onsite coordination, testing, and scheduling across project teams, ensuring high-quality installations in line with industry standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of electrical experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related electrical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel.
• Must pass background and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Conduct site visits, review electrical plans, and assist in estimate development.
• Supervise equipment installation, startup, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Perform commissioning, testing, maintenance on critical power systems: UPSs, ATSs, PDUs, generators, batteries, transformers, switchgear and related.
• Ensure safety and compliance during all onsite activities.
• Support administrative and logistical functions, including documentation and reporting.
