Job summary

Suncoast Post-Tension is seeking a Construction Field Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. You will travel with crews to repair post-tensioning cables and work outdoors across multiple sites.

You should be able to read blueprints, understand post-tension/concrete systems, and maintain a clean driving record. We offer competitive pay, benefits and room for growth within a Keller company.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and ability to work outdoors.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand site requirements.
• Understanding of post-tensioning and concrete systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel with crews to repair post-tensioning cables.
• Identify risks and take action to reduce hazards.
• Review contract drawings, specifications and site requirements.
• Use tools and equipment as directed on job sites.

Company Logo Overview Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd., a Keller company, is an established post-tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our eight facilities in the US. We are looking for a Construction Field Technician to join our growing team in our Pompano location.

Responsibilities

• Traveling with crews to repair post tensioning cables
• Recognizes major risks and takes appropriate measures to reduce risk & assists in identifying changes that need to be escalated
• Reviews and understands contract drawings, specifications and other site requirements
• Required to use tools provided

Qualifications

• Must have experience in construction and be able to work outside
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must have an understanding of Post Tension/concrete
• Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record

Additional Information

Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00/hr+ Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
