Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and kitchen equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Communicate with manufacturers for technical support and parts identification.
• Install replacement parts and complete repairs efficiently.
• Document service work through work orders and inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and tool inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
