Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to service electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, CNG, RNG, and EV charging equipment at Love's sites and partner locations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections in a safety-conscious environment. You will document work using company systems, maintain open communication with dispatch, and ensure compliance with all safety standards while contributing to operational reliability and customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and meet state requirements.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, CNG, RNG, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication, data entry, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to perform preventive maintenance and repairs at Love's sites and third-party customers.
• Repair, replace, and adjust malfunctioning equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inspections and document work performed, parts used, and details.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules around CNG, RNG, hydrogen, biodiesel, and EV stations.
• Communicate with dispatch and management as needed.
