We professionally inventory, pack out, clean, store, and return personal property items to pre-loss condition. Our mission is to handle our customers’ belongings with care, precision, and compassion.

What You’ll Do:

As a Field Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, directly helping homeowners and businesses recover after property loss. Your daily tasks may include:

• Performing pack-out and inventory of customer belongings using barcode and photo documentation
  
  
• Assisting with cleaning and restoring items in our contents facility
  
  
• Handling on-site delivery and unpacking, returning items to homes or businesses
  
  
• Following standardized checklists and maintaining accurate documentation
  
  
• Using software such as iCat, Jobbook, Matterport, and Xactimate to support workflow and job tracking
  
  
• Working collaboratively with team members and communicating effectively with clients
