Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Dublin is seeking a Technician Tech Services to diagnose and repair fountains, vendors, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to the customers' satisfaction, properly manage tools and parts, and maintain records per Company standards.

You will provide excellent customer service and communication to CCC, CCNA, and ERS internal and external customers, with the opportunity to sell revenue-generating service through CCC ERS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification preferred or obtainable within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass company certification programs for equipment repair and safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to customer satisfaction.
• Properly manage tools, parts, and maintain records and reports.
• Operate handheld devices to maintain delivery, removal, movement records, and parts inventory.
• Complete required training and maintain updates related to equipment.
