Coca-Cola Consolidated seeks a Technician Tech Services to diagnose and repair beverage dispensing equipment at customer sites in Roanoke and Salem. You will manage tools, parts, and records while delivering excellent service and supporting CCC ERS initiatives.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving long distances, and using refrigeration and electrical tools. EPA Level 1 certification is preferred; forklift/pallet jack certification is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Up to 12 months of work experience required.
• EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification preferred or can be obtained within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification preferred.
• Ability to pass company certification programs (BEST, FAST, Advanced Refrigeration).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to customer satisfaction; manage tools, parts, and records per company standards.
• Operate handheld devices to maintain delivery, removal, movement records, and parts inventory accountability.
• Drive safely and complete required safety training; perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required.
• Maintain proper use and accountability for all parts, tools, supplies, and keys.
• Complete required training and maintain documentation for all equipment.
