Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an EPG Apprentice Technician for our Jackson, MS data center. You will participate in startup, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of critical generator systems.

This hands-on role supports experienced technicians and involves travel to data center sites, overtime as schedules require, and strict adherence to safety procedures. You should be mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and want to build a career in power generation.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and in industrial environments.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Comfortable with travel, long hours, and changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with startup and commissioning of standby generators and associated equipment.
• Perform inspections, PM services, and functional testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Help perform load bank testing and system verification.
• Read and follow checklists, drawings, and procedures.
• Complete service reports and documentation.
• Follow all customer safety requirements and LOTO procedures.
• Travel to data center job sites and work overtime as project schedules require.
• Participate in after-hours support and emergency response when needed.
