$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Our team is focused in automated machinery space and works with various industries, such as healthcare, industrial, manufacturing and retail markets. We are growing and looking to add a Field Technician to the mixture.

Position Overview

The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment in the field. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and providing on-site support to clients, while enhancing the functionality and reliability of robotic and autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment and systems in the field
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on various mechanical and electrical systems
• Support the deployment of autonomous and robotic systems in operational environments
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients and team members
• Document service calls and report on repair and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve complex issues
• Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all fieldwork
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role
• Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Experience with the deployment and support of robotic and autonomous systems is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as required
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
