Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Technician / General Labor in Michigan. The role involves hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck work, with a strong emphasis on safety and following company procedures.

Applicants should be safe, reliable, and able to work varied hours, including on-call shifts. Training may be provided, and a CDL path or related training is available. We offer benefits and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work varied hours and on an on-call basis and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment and vac-truck.
• Learn and follow safety, operational, and company rules.
• Set up and tear down job sites as directed by supervisors.
• Work with designated representatives to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Field Technician / General Labor

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority.
• Work with designated company representatives to learn and understand all safety, operational, and company rules, regulations, and responsibilities.
• Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment and vac‑truck operation.
• Assist in the setup and tear down of the job site.
• Perform all work as directed by the supervisor or leadership personnel.

Qualifications

• A driver's license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be safety conscious and have a good work ethic.
• Must be able to work varied hours and on an on‑call basis and travel as required.
• Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment, random, and/or post‑accident/injury substance abuse screening.
• Use of respirators (including fit testing) may be required based on specific customer needs to meet project safety requirements.

Physical Job Functions

• Follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach and crawl.
• Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
• Must wear protective clothing and equipment such as respirators, safety glasses, approved steel‑toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
• Must climb ladders and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
• Must work extended hours and variable shifts.
