TorcSill Foundations, LLC is seeking a Field Technician in Williston, ND to perform installation, repair, maintenance and testing on client projects. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service as a self-starter in a team environment.

The Field Technician should be capable of heavy physical work, reading measurements, and maintaining thorough paperwork while delivering quality results for energy and industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or civil projects preferred but not required.
• Ability to read tape measures and interpret measurements.
• Willingness to perform very physical work including lifting heavy objects.
• Strong communication and ability to maintain required paperwork.
• Basic mechanical skills and aptitude for field troubleshooting.
• Safety training and compliance required for all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance and testing on projects.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Work with team to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each job.

TheField Technician is responsible for performing all installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks on client and customer projects while maintaining the highest level of safety and precaution. The Field Technician should be a self-starter who is customer service focused, driven, and looking to build a rewarding career within the company.

PHYSICAL DEMAND:

Very Heavy Work- Lifting objects in excess of 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more
