Job summary

TechnoGuard, Inc. is seeking Field Technicians to support data center construction and installation projects across the Sterling region. You will install containment systems, read drawings, and work with tools on-site, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2+ years hands-on experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training is provided and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of technician experience in construction, installation or related field.
• Data center experience is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background and drug screening.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, repair, and remove containment systems in data centers.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with light fabrication and field modifications per plans.
• Load/unload and transport materials; keep area clean and safe.
• Read and follow project instructions, drawings, and installation plans.
• Support teams to meet on-time quality standards.
