Job summary

Astro Pak is hiring Traveling Field Technicians to join our nationwide Data Center team. You will travel to Data Center projects across the U.S., performing specialized cleaning and passivation services on high-purity piping systems that support critical infrastructure.

Travel the country while supporting the construction and maintenance of some of the world's most advanced data centers. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with paid training and industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Real ID or Passport for air travel.
• Attend two weeks of paid training in California or Texas.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in PPE.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Paid training and industry certifications.
• Travel expenses covered while on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to data center job sites throughout the U.S.
• Perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation of piping systems
• Set up and operate pumps, hoses, and other field equipment
• Safely handle chemicals while following safety procedures
• Work alongside a team to complete customer projects safely and efficiently

What You'll Do

• Travel to data center job sites throughout the U.S.
• Perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation of piping systems

Travel & Schedule

• Nationwide travel (80%+)
• Projects typically last 6-8 weeks, with opportunities to return home between assignments when scheduling allows
• Weekend and holiday work may be required based on project needs
