Job summary

Astro Pak is seeking Traveling Field Technicians to join our nationwide Data Center team, performing specialized cleaning and passivation of high-purity piping systems. You will travel to data center projects across the U.S., operating pumps and field equipment while adhering to safety procedures.

Projects typically last 6–8 weeks with opportunities to return home between assignments; 80%+ travel, overtime, and occasional night shifts are expected. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Real ID or Passport for air travel may be required depending on assignments.
• Ability to attend paid training and obtain necessary certificates.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and working in PPE.

Astro Pak is hiring Traveling Field Technicians to join our nationwide Data Center team. In this role, you'll travel to Data Center projects across the U.S., performing specialized cleaning and passivation services on high-purity piping systems that support critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Travel to data center job sites throughout the U.S.
• Perform specialized chemical cleaning and passivation of piping systems
• Set up and operate pumps, hoses, and other field equipment
• Safely handle chemicals while following strict safety procedures
• Work alongside a team to complete customer projects safely and efficiently

Travel & Schedule

• Nationwide travel (80%+)
• Projects typically last 6-8 weeks, with opportunities to return home between assignments when scheduling allows
• Frequent overtime available
• 30-50% night shift work
• Weekend and holiday work may be required based on project needs

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Real ID or Passport for air travel
• Ability to attend two weeks of paid training in California or Texas
• Ability to obtain an DOT Medical Certificate
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in PPE
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
• Willing to travel extensively
