Field Technician

We are looking for a field technician in Prescott, AZ. As a Field Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our mining customers while working with some of the most advanced machinery in the world. Key Job Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety at all times by following and promoting safe work practices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on Komatsu heavy equipment in the field.
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and updates in alignment with service standards.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job.
• Ability to provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Certified to operate a forklift and/or manlift.
• May be required to complete a DOT physical.
• Required to complete MSHA certification.
• May be required to complete respirator certification.

Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $35 - $45 per hour. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
