Responsibilities

• Execute detailed LiDAR scans across diverse project sites, ensuring thorough and accurate data capture.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot scanning equipment such as Leica RTC, P-series scanners, NavVis systems, or comparable tools.
• Process and register captured scan data to produce clean, usable outputs.
• Upload and document scan data within internal systems for modeling and analysis.
• Validate scan quality by reviewing completeness, alignment, and accuracy.
• Continuously stay informed on new tools, workflows, and advancements in reality capture technology.
• Act as the on-site point of contact, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable presence.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, answering questions and providing updates during scanning activities.
• Build positive client relationships through reliability, technical skill, and service quality.

The technician will also interact directly with clients on-site, acting as a professional representative and delivering a high standard of service. The data collected will support downstream BIM and VDC workflows. This is a fully travel-based role with a flexible schedule driven by project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations:
