You will be joining a talented team that monitors and maintains a variety of water systems pertaining to the Field Technician – Water. In this position you will provide customers with problem‑solving support, generating a high level of customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • General preventive maintenance for water treatment systems and its processes in accordance with established procedures and supervision.
  • Help replace consumables for ROs, ACF, UVs, and other equipment.
  • Provide routine support and repeated work together with other technicians. Never work alone or operate valves alone.
  • Demonstrate Ecolab’s Goal Zero Mindset on safety.
Position Details

Location: On site in North Phoenix, Arizona.

Shifts Available
  • Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Rotating Day shift – (4,3,3,4) 5:45AM-6:00PM
  • Rotating Night shift – (4,3,3,4) 5:45PM-6:00AM
  • Occasional overtime and work during the weekend may be required.
Compensation

Hourly based on experience with overtime pay when applicable.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Able to receive and successfully pass site PPE training, chemical awareness training, and all safety training.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working independently in an industrial setting.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience in Water Treatment or Maintenance.
  • Experience in lab test, chemistry tests, and log and report data.
  • Mechanical problem‑solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical experience).
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to interface positively and professionally with the customer.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds chest high.
  • Wearing and using a respirator under certain conditions.
  • Working in a variety of conditions including confined spaces, damp/dusty areas, and extreme temperatures.
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, climbing.
  • Working indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.

Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range

Hourly based on experience with overtime pay when applicable. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
