Qualifications

• 3+ years in field service, robotics, automation or related technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve problems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~30%.
• Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day robot operations at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and connectivity issues onsite and remotely
• Support robot production, assembly, and testing at our Phoenix manufacturing HQ
• Perform repairs, upgrades, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Monitor fleet health and robot performance
• Support new customer deployments and robot launches

• Work closely with customers and our Operations and Engineering teams
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and technical findings

What we’re looking for:
