Job summary

EchoStar is hiring a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes in Kalamazoo, MI. You’ll educate customers on usage, showcase additional services, and maintain professionalism while working independently yet aligned with the team.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

What You’ll Do:

You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
