Job summary

Jacam Chemical Company 2013, LLC is seeking a field technician to provide hands-on field support and analytics to Account Managers and customers in Colorado. You will drive to client sites, collect water samples, manage chemical inventories, adjust rates, and deliver chemicals, while documenting daily reports.

The role requires 2 years of oilfield experience, a Class B CDL (Hazmat, Tanker, and Airbrake a plus), and a valid driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years oilfield field experience.
• Class B CDL with current Medical Certificate, Hazmat, Tanker and Airbrake endorsements a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Job description

Provide hands-on field support and analytics to Account Managers and customers. Day-to-day will consist of driving to and from the field for our customers. While in the field, you will gather water samples from well heads and batteries. While on location you will be gathering chemical inventories, checking rates, adjusting rates, and fixing chemical pumps. You will also be delivering chemicals to location. You must perform a daily report on the computer.

Essential Functions:

• Collect critical customer information to improve customer product and supplier relationships

• Properly maintain, operate, and repair all company equipment required for performing job duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ previous oilfield experience operating and maintaining high-pressure wells• Forklift certification preferred.
• Class B CDL with current Medical Certificate, Hazmat, Tanker and Airbrake endorsements a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Physical Abilities: Lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging. Tip and move 55 gallon drums,
  weighing up to 600 pounds, with the use of a drum dolly.

Indoors and outdoors, with driving involved. Employees could be faced with working in temperature extremes. Employees must be able to lift and carry 100 pounds, manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude helpful. Use of safety equipment to include, but not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and H2S Monitor as required or needed.
