Montana Internet is seeking a Field Technician to join our team in Montana. Install, repair, and upgrade fixed-wireless and fiber broadband services across Helena, Boulder, Townsend, and surrounding areas.
You’ll perform site surveys, install new service, troubleshoot connectivity, configure routers, and maintain inventory while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role requires comfort with heights, tower climbing certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Our Field Technicians are the heart & soul of Montana Internet, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team. If you are customer-oriented, enjoy working outdoors, have some construction or trade skills, are a natural problem-solver, and aren’t afraid of heights or an IP address, we’d love to meet you!
Montana Internet Field Technicians perform installations, repairs, and upgrades of both our fixed-wireless access (FWA) and Fiber (Yes, Fiber!) broadband services across Helena, Boulder, Townsend, Jefferson County, Great Falls, and points in between.
Please apply if you:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend overtime may be required, along with participation in an on-call holiday rotation to support outage response.
