Clean Joe Restoration is seeking Field Technicians to support homeowners and businesses after fire, smoke, water, or mold damage. You will perform hands‑on mitigation, uphold safety, and communicate with the Fire Manager and team.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Willing and able to wear PPE in various environments.
  • Availability to work long hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent Clean Joe Restoration and uphold company core values.
  • Work under the direction of the Fire Manager to complete mitigation tasks.
  • Handle damaged building materials and contents with care and professionalism.
  • Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration support tasks.
  • Participate in company safety programs and follow all safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with staff, customers, and coworkers.
  • Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites.
  • Lift, carry, and move equipment or materials up to 75 lbs.
  • Use company‑provided PPE as required.
  • Assist with documentation, photos, and jobsite notes when needed.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency response.
  • Follow all company policies, including tobacco‑free expectations during business hours.
  • Arrive on time, ready to work, and able to take directions and training.
