Mold Medics in Columbus, OH is seeking a Mold Remediation Technician to assess, contain, and remove mold in residential and commercial properties. You will follow established protocols to safely eliminate mold and protect occupants.

The role requires experience in remediation, strong safety commitment, and attention to detail. You will work with a team to complete projects on time and provide client updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous handyman experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mold identification, containment, and removal techniques.
• Certification in mold remediation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify mold presence and extent.
• Set up containment barriers to prevent mold spread during remediation.
• Safely remove and dispose of mold-contaminated materials.
• Clean and decontaminate affected areas using equipment and cleaning agents.
• Conduct air quality testing to verify remediation effectiveness.

• Adhere to safety guidelines including PPE.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
