Field Technician**Compensation**: Hourly pay rate of $27.00 to $35.00 (DOE) + medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K with company match. Willingness to work overtime a must. Electrical and welding experience is beneficial. **Job Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - 3–5 years of experience in using hand and power tools **- 3-5 years of commercial coiling overhead door installation and repairs** - Stick welding experience - Ability to install edge of docks and weld on bumpers - Electrical experience with installing motor operators and gate operators - Ability to run floor loops - Ability to troubleshoot high speed doors - Experience using hoists or cranes to handle steel coils (training/certification a plus). - Knowledge of 18-to-24-gauge sheet metal properties and safe handling practices. - Ability to read drawings and use basic measurement tools. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and documentation. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. - Ability to climb extension ladders - Experience with safe operation of scissor lift and forklift**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
