Severn Trent Services is recruiting a Field Technician to maintain, diagnose, and service water and wastewater assets across a defined region. The role starts from home and involves travelling to client sites, with full onsite training provided.

You will deliver high-quality customer service, perform inspections, and assist colleagues while helping minimise water quality issues. A full UK driving licence is essential.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As our Field Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, assessing, and diagnosing issues with the water service or sewerage treatment process covering an allocated region.

Some Of Your Key Accountabilities Will Be

• Undertaking day to day inspection, repair and maintenance of water and wastewater assets to defined internal quality standards.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Provide quality daily job feedback to identify follow on work to minimise the avoidable failures for water quality.
• Provide support to both customers and colleagues.

This role dictates that you start from home and work across your allocated region so a full UK driving licence is essential.
