Job summary

Mosquito Squad Plus is hiring for outdoor service roles involving hands-on work and customer contact. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You will apply the 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment to residential and commercial landscapes, follow assigned routes, greet clients, explain procedures, and complete forms accurately. Expect to work outdoors in various weather with a flexible schedule and paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck.
• Drive safely and follow routes.
• Greet clients politely and explain day procedures.
• Apply Mosquito Squad treatments as trained.
• Complete forms accurately and on time.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean working order.
• Assist in upgrading sales to current customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply Protective Barrier Treatment to landscapes as scheduled.
• Notify client when complete and explain any findings.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and be prepared for varying weather.
• Support in upselling services to existing customers as appropriate.

If you're committed to providing the highest level of client service and like to do physical work, we have an ideal opportunity for you. In this position, you will apply company product to residential and commercial landscaping according to schedule and as needed based on service requests. Training will be provided. No experience needed.

Requirements

• Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck
• Follow route assignment and drive safely
• Politely and graciously greet client (if home) and explain day\'s procedure
• Apply Mosquito Squad 21-day Protective Barrier Treatment and other applications as trained
• Notify client when complete and expertly explain any unusual findings and answer questions
• Complete all required forms accurately and on time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition
• Assist in upgrading sales to currrent customers

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Write short, detailed correspondence
• Effectively and graciously present information to clients in one-on-one and small group settings
• Oustanding customer service skills
• Team player
• Safe driving record and reliable transportation
• Carry 65lb backpack blower, often through wooded or uneven terrain
• Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions
• Pass state and federal license exams, paid by employer
• No experience necessary
