Job summary

Valet Living is hiring Field Services Technicians for daytime part-time work at apartment communities in your area. Expect active, independent shifts with walking, outdoor tasks, and on-site responsibilities. You will log activity via a mobile app and help keep grounds and disposal areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Keep apartment communities clean, functional, and compliant by maintaining disposal areas, dumpster enclosures, and common spaces.
• Evenly distribute and compact trash using company-provided equipment.
• Sort and handle recycling and compost materials according to company procedures.
• Perform general porter services like sweeping, cleaning enclosures, and removing debris.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty trash from public and common-area receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app on your smartphone to log service activity and confirm completion.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors during your shift.
