Haley Ward in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Survey Technician to support boundary, topographic, as-built surveys, and construction layout. You will work with Total Station, GPS, EDM, and data collectors, maintain equipment, and ensure supplies are available for daily operations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of survey experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Working knowledge of land surveying practices and modern devices.
• Comfort using machete, shovel and sledgehammer or equivalent tools.
• Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and safeguard precision equipment and work vehicles.
• Perform boundary, topographic, as-built surveys and construction layout.
• Check and clean instruments (EDM, GPS, rods, prisms) and recharge batteries.
• Set stakes and pins; transport equipment to job site.
• Assist Field Survey Party Chief to complete field assignments efficiently.
• Operate Data Collectors as directed to assemble company data.
