City of Chicago is seeking a FIELD SUPERVISOR I in the Department of Finance – Street Operations. This role oversees Parking Enforcement Aides, assigns patrol routes, schedules, and ensures proper enforcement of parking regulations.
The position requires supervising staff, training on citations, and coordinating with other city units. Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications and pass the required skills test and interview to be placed on the eligibility list.

These positions are open to the general public and all current city employees covered under the City's Collective Bargaining Agreement with PUBLIC SAFETY SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION (S.E.I.U.) LOCAL 73 (BU 02). Only employees in City job titles in this bargaining unit are eligible to bid on this position.

This position requires applicants to successfully pass a skills test and complete an interview. The test results will be sent out by the Department of Human Resources after the test results have been analyzed and compiled. Candidates who pass the exam will be selected for an interview. The interviewed bidders receiving a passing score on the exam and possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position based on the interview will be selected according to the collective bargaining agreement.
