Job summary

High Structural Erectors is seeking an entry-level Field Support to assist with field setup and jobsite support under the direction of senior crew members. The role involves grouting, material handling, basic rigging, tool operation, and maintaining safety barriers on structural steel and concrete projects.

The position requires travel to remote worksites, overnight stays, and a valid PA driver’s license. High school education is required, with vocational training preferred to enhance readiness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/trade school certificate preferred.
• Willingness to travel to remote worksites; overnight travel may be required.
• Valid PA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with entry-level field setup and jobsite support under supervision of Field Superintendent, Foreman and trained ironworkers.
• Assist with grouting, material handling, basic rigging, operation of hand tools and jobsite equipment; installation and maintenance of safety barriers and controls.
• Provide general erection support for structural steel and concrete work; ensure safe work at heights and adherence to safety standards.
