Job summary

High Structural Erectors LLC is seeking an entry-level Field Support member to assist with field operations, setup, and site support. You will work under supervision of the Field Superintendent and foreman to help with materials, rigging, and basic erection tasks on structural steel and concrete projects.

The role requires the ability to work safely at heights, follow safety standards, and travel to remote worksites, including overnight stays when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade certificate/diploma preferred.
• Willingness to travel to remote worksites and overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grouting and material handling on site.
• Perform basic rigging and operate hand tools and jobsite equipment.
• Install and maintain safety barriers and controls on the jobsite.
• Provide general erection support for structural steel and concrete work.
