Overview

FMOL's St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS is looking for 2 motivated Field Support Technicians to join their new team that supports St. Dominic's clinic locations. The role focuses on proactive on-site desktop support across clinic sites, reducing response times by performing regular visits rather than relying solely on a centralized helpdesk.

Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site rounds at offsite clinic locations to identify and address IT needs.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and, when needed, create helpdesk tickets to resolve problems quickly.
  • Provide water-at-the-point-of-need service attitude to healthcare staff, ensuring IT concerns are addressed proactively and efficiently.
  • Represent IT as a proactive service-minded technician and coordinate with the helpdesk when issues require escalation.
