Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required across levels I–III.
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, carriers, and customs procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency (databases, tracking, scanning, and logging).
• Ability to operate hospital equipment (dollies, carts, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Replenish assigned inventory locations (carts, supply, equipment rooms).
• Receive and deliver special orders to departments.
• Pick orders from storeroom to stock PAR locations.
• Cycle count stock bulk items and put away storeroom inventory.
• Receive and unpack materials against purchase orders for delivery.
• Prepare orders for return-to-vendor shipment.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Report damages and discrepancies to request reimbursement or re-shipment.
• Maintain logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming.
• Decontaminate reusable pumps and durable medical equipment.
• Stage equipment for pickup ensuring proper storage and charging of devices.
• Coordinate transport and pickup for damaged electronic medical equipment.
• Retrieval of pumps and medical equipment throughout the main campus.
• Clean 20-25 pieces of pumps and/or medical equipment per hour.
