Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Field Support Materials Distribution Technician to join its hospital operations team. The role provides replacement coverage and supports multiple services, shifts, and functions including receiving, inventory, supply management, and equipment processing.

Flexibility to cover various job functions within the Materials Distribution Department is required to meet hospital needs and ensure seamless operations across locations.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years in materials distribution, inventory or logistics advisable.
• Some knowledge of shipping regulations, carriers, and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory locations (carts, supply, equipment rooms).
• Receive and unpack materials against POs; prepare returns to vendor.
• Record shipment data and maintain logs of shipments.
• Decontaminate reusable pumps and durable medical equipment; stage equipment for pickup.
