Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a Field Support professional to interview students, assess interests, and match them with suitable field placements. You will coordinate with the Gate team to evaluate readiness and strengthen placement proposals while upholding department policies.

You will also help facilitate communication between units and support student and department concerns. This role involves researching and onboarding community agencies, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of administrative experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.
• Familiarity with the Social Work profession.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas).
• Customer service experience.
• Strong technical competency.
• Superior ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in event planning.

Responsibilities

• Field Support personnel conduct student interviews to assess student needs and match placements.
• They research potential resources, recruit and onboard community agencies, and negotiate contracts.
• They interpret policies related to field enrollment and represent the department at events.
• They manage proposals using CORE and Canvas, coordinating with Registrar, Contracts, Career Center and others.
