Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in El Paso, TX, is seeking an Excellerate Supplier Quality Technician to lead the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and coordinate issue disposition.

You will work 6AM–6PM, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime, and travel 0–10%. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the None Conforming Material (NCM) process and leads the Material Review Board.
• Leads NCM issues dispositioned as Supplier (Return to Vendor).
• Manage and monitor the NCM Smartsheet to ensure proper and timely disposition of NCMs.
• Identify NCM trends for continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with all aspects of the business to ensure timely disposition of NCMs.
• Audits NCM area to ensure data accuracy by ensuring physical presence of items.
• Leads and manages the supplier corrective action process (SCAR) for repeat nonconformance.
• Identifies and manages supplier nonconforming issues in BIM.
• Manage Supplier Quality Scorecard and recommends corrections.
• Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: at least 6 months of experience within manufacturing or construction environment
• Travel: 0-10%, based on company need
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6AM and 6PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
