Job summary

DRiV Garage Gurus in Miramar, FL is seeking a Field Support Specialist to cover the Florida market, based at our Miramar Technical Support Center. Fluency in English and Spanish, ASE A4/A5/A6 certification required; extensive product and technical knowledge; travel is expected.

The role will include demonstrations, trainings, and technical education on DRiV products, plus CRM-based activity tracking and collaboration with the sales organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE A4/A5/A6 certification strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 5+ years automotive service experience and ability to lead trainings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, shop visits, and training sessions with automotive service providers.
• Demonstrate, instruct, and answer questions to support customer use of DRiV product lines.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical education on DRiV products.
• Deliver technical presentations to enhance customer knowledge of DRiV products and services.
• Represent DRiV at career fairs, expos, and events to promote automotive technician careers.
• Communicate project status and KPIs to the internal sales organization.
• Maintain records of activities using CRM system.
• Build customer support for DRiV brands and product lines.
• Leverage marketing channels to feature new and existing products.
• Conduct technical training in various automotive repair topics.

Someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, is ASE A4, A5, and A6 certified, and has extensive product and technical knowledge, business expertise, and technical training capabilities. Education

• ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension, A5 Brakes, and A6 Electrical with ASE Master Certification preferred

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years applied automotive service experience


• Experience leading technical demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations


• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required


• Must hold valid driver’s license


• Willingness to travel


• Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office


• Personable, presentable, professional


• Experience communicating with others from diverse functional backgrounds


• CRM (such as Salesforce, C4C) and collaborative software (e.g. WebEx,) experience preferred


• Sales experience preferred
