Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist to be the welcoming face at the front desk while ensuring smooth logistics and print operations across regional sites. You will manage lobby responsibilities, shipments, and production print tasks with a professional and proactive approach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in office services or related fields, are tech-savvy with MS Office, and comfortable traveling.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
  • Proficient with MS Office and able to learn proprietary digital systems.
  • Willing to travel to regional SPS sites.
  • Physically able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with a teammate).
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to find work during downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Front of House ambassador, welcoming guests and managing lobby flow.
  • Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and maintain chain-of-custody procedures.
  • Operate high-end print devices and handle digital scanning and maintenance.
  • Keep conference rooms and shared areas ready for business activities and maintain inventory.

Job Title: Field Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist

Reports To: Client Services Leadership

TheField Support Specialist/Office Support Specialist is the backbone of our service level agreements. Whether it's managing high-stakes shipping, executing a complex print project, or being the welcoming face at the front desk, you ensure business continuity with a professional smile.

What You’ll Do:
1. The "Front of House" Ambassador
  • Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients.
  • Manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing with grace and composure.
2. Logistics & Mail Mastery
  • Own the lifecycle of inbound/outbound shipments.
  • Master manual and electronic chain-of-custody procedures for high-priority packages.
3. Production & Reprographics Specialist
  • Operate high-end Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) for print, binding (GBC, Velo, Coil), and digital scanning.
  • Ensure all equipment is "battle-ready" with proactive maintenance and toner management.
4. Workplace "Vibe" Management
  • Keep conference rooms, pantries, and common areas "VIP-ready" at all times.
  • Manage inventory like a pro, ensuring supplies are always stocked before they’re needed.
Who You Are
  • The Ultimate Generalist: You have 2+ years of experience in office services, hospitality, or logistics.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office and learning new proprietary digital systems.
  • Adaptable & Mobile: You have reliable transportation and love the change of scenery that comes with traveling to different regional sites.
  • Physically Active: You’re comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 25 lbs (or 50 lbs with a teammate), and keeping the office moving.
  • The "I Got This" Attitude: You proactively find work during downtime and stay calm under pressure.
The Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Travel: Mandatory access to reliable transportation (regional travel is a core part of the role).
  • Flexibility: Ability to handle same-day assignments and varying schedules.
Travel:
  • Travel is an essential part of the Field Services Specialist role, and it is mandatory to have access to a reliable means of transportation.
  • Assignments can include traveling from one SPS site to another SPS site after your arrival at your “home” location, as required by business need.
  • Travel distance will be predominantly within the FSS’s assigned region

Compensation

The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.

Pay Range

$23 — $23 USD
