Job summary

Ferrellgas's Blue Rhino division in Bay Shore, NY is seeking a hands-on Field Support Specialist. You will install, repair, and maintain retail displays, ensuring they look sharp and stay stocked while delivering safe propane solutions on a customer-focused route.

You'll load and transport propane up to 1,000 lbs, inspects vehicles, and provide exceptional service to store teams and customers. A high school diploma and valid US work status are required, with fluent English essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Speak, read, and legible write fluent English.
• Clean driving record required.
• Citizen or National of the United States, or authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains Blue Rhino displays for retail customers.
• Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane to and from specified destinations (limited to 1,000 lbs or less).
• Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance.
• Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures. Operates truck in accordance to established safety procedures.
• During daily interaction with customers provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquiries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

In this role, you'll be the one making sure our Blue Rhino displays look sharp, stay stocked, and are safely set up for our retail customers. You'll be out on the road, meeting store teams, installing equipment, and helping make propane easy and convenient for the folks who rely on it. If you're someone who takes pride in doing solid work, staying safe, and taking care of customers, this is a job where you'll fit right in.

Pay: Starting at $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
